TCS SSD a RL, as the licensed owner of the verbal and figurative trademark “Tactical Combat Shooting®”, and the only entity authorized to use them commercially, hereby informs you that the trademarks in question are registered and, therefore, protected in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 30 of 10 February 2005, as amended.

TCS SSD a RL, as the licensed owner of the verbal and figurative trademark “Tactical Combat Shooting®”, hereby informs you that any unauthorized use of its trademarks and logos constitutes a violation of the exclusive right underlying, connected to, and consequent upon registration.

TCS SSD a RL always in the indicated quality, emphasizes that the wording "Tactical Combat Shooting®" is an integral part of the brand. The "Tactical Combat Shooting®" trademark is registered under number 302016000046832.

Any unauthorized use of the aforementioned trademarks, whether commercial, recreational, or even social, constitutes a violation of the exclusive right conferred by registration and, therefore, improper use is prohibited.

By way of example, but not limited to, the use of the aforementioned trademark on digital applications, websites, social networks, blogs, clothing and accessories, displays, prints, gadgets, photographs, posters, trading cards, stickers, notebooks, editorial products in general, scarves, flags, towels, as well as its counterfeiting and alteration through partial reproduction or reproduction of graphic and/or verbal elements that may recall the original logo, constitutes a violation of the exclusive right of TCS SSD a RL protected by the Civil Code, the Criminal Code, and the Intellectual Property Code.

Specifically, the use of images, videos, and/or photographs of any type of activity offered by the Company and the participating athletes for commercial purposes, as protected above, also constitutes a violation of the exclusive rights of TCS SSD a RL. The use of such images, videos, and/or photographs for reporting purposes or for private use, does not constitute a violation.

Any fraudulent or illicit use, as well as any act of unfair competition, will be reported to the relevant authorities and subject to legal action, with any resulting claims for damages.
